How fast do you respond to quote requests?

Liora Works responds to quote requests within 24 hours during business days. Standard residential scope like garage demolition or sewer line replacement often receives a preliminary quote the same day by phone. Complex commercial scope may require a site walk, which is scheduled within 48 to 72 hours of the initial request.

Do you take emergency or after-hours calls?

Liora Works answers emergency and urgent project calls during business hours, Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm. After-hours voicemails are monitored and returned at the start of the next business day. For active emergencies involving safety hazards, structural failures, or utility issues, contact local emergency services first.

What information do I need to provide for an accurate quote?

For demolition: the property address, structure type, approximate square footage, any known hazardous materials like asbestos or lead, and target timeline. For sewer line replacement: the address, type of issue, any existing camera inspection or plumbing reports. Photos of the site significantly speed up residential quoting.

Do you do in-person site walks before quoting?

Yes, for commercial projects and larger residential scope, Liora Works typically does a site walk before issuing a final quote. Site walks are scheduled within 48 to 72 hours and are included at no cost. Smaller residential scope like standard sewer line replacement or garage demolition can often be quoted remotely from photos and an address.

Do you offer net-30 billing for general contractors and property managers?

Yes. Liora Works offers net-30 billing terms to established general contractors, property management firms, and restoration companies in Metro Detroit. New accounts require a brief credit application and two references. Smaller residential projects require a deposit at scheduling with final payment at completion.

How do I send project drawings, plans, or site documents?

Email project documents to ops@lioraworks.com. For files larger than 25MB, share via Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer. Include the project address, scope summary, and your preferred contact in the message. Project plans, tenant exit surveys, and site photos all help us scope the work accurately on the first pass.
